This project was organized by 5 IPSF Member Organization’s: APEF, Portugal, TUPS, Estonia, PPSA, Poland, ŠSSFD, Slovenia, NEUPSANC, Cyprus. We intend to raise awareness on the concept of “Interprofessional Collaboration in Healthcare ” and show that this is the direction to follow in achieving patient-centered healthcare where every professional has its space to contribute to the discussion.
